Say what broke
One address, read by a person. Corrections and missing rosters are the most useful messages; “this ranking is wrong” is fine too, but a source helps.

Include the page URL and the item name. For a missing roster, list the items you expected. For a broken page, include the browser and what you saw.

Account deletion
Sign in, open the account page and use “Delete account”. The email and sessions are removed; saved lists become unowned and votes stay anonymous. If you cannot sign in, email from the address you used and say so.
